UL2725 cable is fabricated from Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) jacket. It is multicore with options for 2 to 100 conductor wires. Different colors are applied upon each wire insulation for easy identification. UL2725 compliant cable can be supplied on customize or standard base, in various AWG size, configuration, shielding option, designated insulation and jacket wall thickness.

What is UL2725?

UL2725 is an independent style number, as verified accurate to be a safety identification mark for cable with certain critical parameters fulfilled. A cable printed with marking content "UL2725" upon the jacket surface is to declare it is qualified to meet the corresponding safety requirement. UL2725 can be used as a factor of safety combination with other safety regulation, such as CSA, VDE, CCC, CE, etc.

1. UL2725 complies with European Directive 2015/863/EU and 2011/65/EU, the restriction of use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment. 
2. UL2725 does not contain Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) listed on European Union's Reach 1907/2006/EC candidate list in excess of 0.1% mass.
3. Samples of UL2725 have been tested with standards EN 50525-1:2011 and verified in compliance with the council Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU.
