UL2835 is popular style of Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC)
jacketed cable. It is multi-core cable with options for 2 to 100 conductor wires. Different
colors are applied upon each wire insulation for easy identification. UL2835
compliant cable can be supplied on customize or standard base, in various gauge size, configuration, shielding option, designated insulation and jacket wall
thickness.

is UL2835?
UL2835 is an independent style number, as verified accurate to be a safety
identification mark for cable with certain critical parameters fulfilled. A
cable printed with marking content "UL2835" upon the jacket surface
is to declare it is qualified to meet the corresponding safety requirement. UL2835
can be used as a factor of safety combination with other safety regulation,
such as CSA, VDE, CCC, CE, etc.

of 0.1% mass.
3. Samples of UL2835 have been tested with standards EN
50525-1:2011 and verified in compliance with the council Low Voltage Directive
2014/35/EU.

Q: Is UL2835 better than UL2464?
A: UL2835 and UL2464 are both safety mark for PVC jacketed cable. UL2835 is rated 60°C / 30V, while UL2464 is rated 80°C / 300V. If the application prefers low voltage, UL2835 is better. On the contrary, if the application requires better operation temperature and higher rated voltage, UL2464 is prefered.
